# Grade 3 Buffs Grade 3 Actions provide a slightly greater bonus than the Grade II actions that can be purchased. These grade 3 buffs come from "primed wheels" which are items that are crafted in the Company Workshop and charged on the Aetherial Wheel. [Construct a Wheel](#id-1.-construct-a-wheel) which is what we use to make grade 3 buffs. 2. [Charge the Wheel](#id-2.-charge-the-wheel) to get it ready to become a new buff. 3. [Convert the Wheel](#id-3.-convert-the-wheel-to-an-action) to an Action to make it ready to activate! *** ## 1. Construct a Wheel Grade 3 Wheels are crafted to be used for making Grade 3 buffs. 1. In the Company Workshop, click on Fabrication Station. 2. If there are no other projects ongoing, click "company crafting log." 3. Under Type, select Aetherial Wheel . 4. Select the Grade 3 Wheel project you would like to craft (e.g., Grade 3 Wheel of Confrontation).\ Note: You should only craft **Grade 3** wheels. Grade 2 wheels give type II actions which can instead be cheaply obtained with FC credits. Type III actions can only be obtained through this wheel process.
5. Begin the project and complete it by submitting materials to the project. 6. Finalize the project and collect the finished wheel from the Fabrication Station. ## 2. Charge the Wheel Crafted wheels go through a charging period of 72 hours to prime them. 1. In the FC lobby, click on the Aetherial Wheel Stand. 2. Click on "Place or remove an aetherial wheel." 3. Right-click the wheel in your inventory and click to Place. * If there is already a wheel in place and it's at 100%, skip to the next step then return to this step. * Only one Grade 3 Wheel can be placed at a time.
4. Once the wheel is 100% charged (Primed), return to the Aetherial Wheel Stand and right-click on the wheel to remove it. * The Primed wheel will go into the inventory of the person who took it out, which then becomes their responsibility to [convert into an action](#id-3.-convert-the-wheel-to-an-action). * Primed wheels are UNIQUE UNTRADEABLE MARKET PROHIBITED. That means the game prevents you from trading, selling or putting it in the FC Chest. ## 3. Convert the Wheel to an Action Primed wheels can be converted into an action which will show up in the FC Actions page for use. 1. In the FC lobby, click on the Aetherial Wheel Stand. 2. Click on "Convert a primed aetherial wheel." 3. Right-click on the primed wheel in your inventory and click Use. 4. Click 'Yes' on the prompt to "Convert the primed grade 3 wheel into the company action." * You did it! The special bonus FC buff is now ready to use!
